A few simple guidelines to help maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all players.
Play with Respect
Help us create a welcoming environment by treating fellow players, guests, and our staff with courtesy. By entering the facility, you agree to follow all house rules, court policies, and official game rules. Any conduct that is disruptive, offensive, or unsafe may result in removal from the premises.
Dress for the Game
Players are expected to wear appropriate athletic attire while using the courts. Comfortable sportswear and non-marking court shoes are required. For everyone's safety and to protect the playing surface, footwear such as slippers, sandals, flip-flops, slides, or shoes with spikes is not permitted. Clothing that is excessively revealing is likewise discouraged to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere.
Help Keep the Facility Clean
Please dispose of waste in the designated bins and leave shared spaces tidy after use. We also encourage everyone to keep personal belongings with them at all times, as unattended items are left at the owner's risk.
Food and Drinks
To help preserve the courts, only water and sports or hydration drinks may be brought into the playing area. Meals, snacks, and other beverages should be enjoyed only in the designated dining areas outside the court.
Smoke-Free Facility
Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are not allowed anywhere within the premises.
Respect Your Court Time
Please enter the court only at the start of your reserved schedule and vacate promptly when your booking ends. This ensures that every player enjoys their full reservation without delay.
Important Notice
While we take reasonable steps to provide a safe, clean, and secure environment, guests are responsible for their own personal belonging. The facility shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury arising from unattended property or insufficient supervision.
Management reserves the right to deny entry or require any guest to leave the premises if their conduct violates these House Rules or compromises the safety, security, or enjoyment of others.
