How much does it cost to play for an hour?
Our court rental rates are available under the Rates tab.
Do you accept walk-in players?
Yes, provided courts are still available at the time of your visit.
Please note that walk-in players may not join an existing private reservation unless invited by the booking holder. Even with the booking holder’s approval, the maximum capacity of eight (8) players per court must always be observed.
Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
Yes. If the person who made the reservation is unable to attend, the booking may still be used by the rest of the group. Simply have someone from the group present the original booker’s name and the confirmation email upon arrival.
If no one from the group arrives during the reserved time slot, the reservation will be considered a no-show. The booking will be forfeited without refunds, and the court may be released to walk-in players.
Can I cancel my booking?
No. Booking cancellations will be treated as no-shows. Payments will be forfeited and the applicable no-show policy and penalties may apply.
What if the booking is cancelled because of a typhoon or other force majeure event?
If a booking is cancelled due to a force majeure event (such as severe weather or other circumstances beyond the control of the parties), your payment will be converted into booking credits. These credits may be used to reserve a court on a different date or time by contacting Pickle Centrale through Facebook Messenger or text message.
What if I have a personal emergency?
We understand that emergencies can happen. However, personal emergencies are not considered force majeure, and the standard cancellation policy will still apply.
What is considered a no-show?
A no-show occurs when a player or group does not arrive during their reserved time slot.
Is there a penalty for no-shows?
While there is no monetary penalty for no-shows, a player or group who incurs three (3) no-shows will have their booking privileges suspended for two (2) weeks.
Why is there a policy on no-shows?
No-shows prevent other players from reserving available courts and affect the scheduling of games. The policy helps ensure fair access to court time for everyone.
Can friends or family come just to watch?
Yes. Spectators are welcome. Non-playing guests may stay in the designated viewing area in front of the courts, but they are not permitted inside the courts or around the playing area.
